— Bettina Rothe
Rhythm is our mother tongue. Together we take refuge in the beat, find freedom and belonging in the Dance.
We long to be in deeper connection with ourselves, each other, and life itself. Everything in life is connected, and at the same time each object has its own form, creating its identity. In this Dance of Connection we will weave together the transformative practice of the 5Rhythms® with heart-centred communication, embodied leadership, and elements of ceremony. We are offering an inclusive space where you can come home to yourself, find connection and nourishment in community, and explore what it means to belong.
Through the 5Rhythms® Waves map we’ll explore the connections of our bodies, hearts and minds, and how we can move in more aligned and embodied ways. You’re invited to deepen your presence with yourself and encouraged to expand your perceptions of how you connect with others on the dance floor. The Dance of Connection workshop is an opportunity to move together and discover connections you were not aware of, and let go of ways of relating that no longer serve.
This will be an inclusive space where you can come home to yourself, find connection and nourishment in community, and explore what it means to belong. Together we will rest more fully in the experience of interconnection and expand our awareness of the ONE dance. Every body is welcome.
This workshop counts as 15 hours of 5Rhythms® Waves Practice. A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms® Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
