As well as being a central hub for conscious dance in each area, the Dance Temples hold a shared vision to be a sanctuary for embracing authenticity and sacred expression and provide a central gathering place for communities to unite, express and celebrate.

Stepping into her first 5Rhythms® class, Shauna felt an undeniable sense of belonging and freedom—an awakening that set her on a lifelong path of movement, connection, and service. For the past twenty years, she has been devoted to creating spaces where people can move, express, and rediscover their natural vitality. As a 5Rhythms teacher, resident DJ with Dance Temple, and founder of Dance Your Ability Therapeutic Movement Foundation, Shauna brings a deep love of community and inclusion to all she offers, through her epic sets and intuitive facilitation, her presence invites the wild, instinctive, and authentic self to move freely—a true force of nature.
