SECURE YOUR SPOT FOR OUR PERTH PRIDE SESSION | 3:30pm - 5pm SATURDAY NOVEMBER 28TH 🌈💃

A 90-minute dance session that uses music and movement to help regulate your nervous system and leave you feeling better than when you walked in.

Over 1.3 million people have watched a Dance Therapy Reel. Now Dance Therapy is coming to Perth for the first time, at The Court on Beaufort St. Don’t just watch. Come be part of the joy.

If you’re looking for things to do in Perth on Pride Parade day that actually fill your cup, this is it. Start your PrideFEST Saturday with a Britney routine, a room full of people who get it, and enough time to get ready before the parade hits Northbridge.

Held at The Court, one of Perth’s best-loved queer venues, this Saturday afternoon session combines iconic pop music, guided movement and real social connection. No mirrors. No pressure to perform. Just you, the music and a welcoming room of Perth LGBTQ+ folk and allies.

✨ Why PrideFEST is the perfect time for Dance Therapy

PrideFEST 2026 fills Perth with queer events all through November, and parade day is the biggest of them all. Dance Therapy gives you a joyful, grounded way to start it. Think of it as your pre-parade warm-up: move, laugh, meet people, then head into the night already connected.

✨ Why people make Dance Therapy part of their routine

Stress relief: Shake off the week through guided movement that helps your nervous system settle

Confidence and self-expression: Take up space and feel more at home in your body

Queer connection: Nightclub energy, iconic pop music and people you might not otherwise meet

Inclusive LGBTQ+ wellbeing: A safe, uplifting space for queer adults and allies, and one of the most solo-friendly events in Perth

Perfect timing: Finished in plenty of time to get ready for the parade

🕒 What happens in a Dance Therapy session?

  • Soothing breathwork: Settle your body and take the experience with you

  • Queer socialising: Chill, chat and connect before the parade
