Come together and Dance to Raise the Vibration!!! Join us for a FREE SAMPLER of Cosmic Groove, an Ecstatic Dance Remixed. DJ Bijoux tunes in to spirit, and the Playlist is channeled to contain messages for the dancers and the collective. The dancing is freeform, usually solo. It is casual and organic - nothing needs to be known ahead. It is about following your impulses!

You know that feeling of dancing with abandon in your living room like nobody's watching?? On The Cosmic Playground (CPG) you have the freedom to be your authentic self, unabashedly and without constraint in a judgement-free zone! Your inner Child really wants to Dance and Play with Us!

This event is an invitation to embrace movement on your own terms!

In The Body Keeps the Score, Bessel van der Kolk talks about how our bodies hold onto old traumas, keeping us stuck in cycles of fear, doubt and/or limiting beliefs. When we dance, we access those deep, unspoken memories, giving them space to rise and release through our movement.

In the saying” harboring resentment,” we are literally giving safe harbor to resentment and other emotions like fear of the unknown, guilt, anger, and yes, grief.

These hidden blocks and fears don’t just show up in your personal life—they ripple into how you create the leader you are and show up in your business. They show up in your relationships and every area and aspect of your life. They might keep you from stepping into your full potential, holding you back when you know you’re capable of so much more.

Dance breaks these patterns. It lets you express the things words can’t touch, shaking off old stories that no longer serve you and are ready to be released. As you move, you shift your energy, sparking new creativity and confidence, and opening doors to fresh possibilities.

When you allow yourself to feel everything through dance, you’re not just freeing your body—you’re freeing your whole life to grow in ways you never imagined.

No dance experience required. This is a safe, free-form, typically individual dance experience (sometimes people interact with others, and this is completely optional). Everyone is welcome.

WHO: DJ Bijoux

Jules (aka DJ Bijoux) is a 2nd generation DJ, who grew up working in her father’s record store in Miami. Music is in her blood.

Bijoux was raised to understand that music takes us on a journey. It heals. It has power and grace. It can bring us together. It can raise us up.

Her happy place is on a dance floor surrounded by shiny, joyful, colorful humans, freely expressing themselves, moving as one energy with the music and each other.

Jules has facilitated “Cosmic Grooves” (her version of Ecstatic Dance/Free Flow Dance) all over the US and Internationally as well. At festivals and transformational retreats, including the Conference for Global Transformation, Goddess Awakening Music Festival, and The Wild Emergence to name a few.

During lockdown, she hosted online dance parties and called it “Club Living Room: Where the dance floor is wherever you are.” The Cosmic Playground was originally created when you couldn't go out anywhere to dance (end of 2020/all of 2021) so we took to the parks! We had forgotten how to interact with each other. We forgot about human interaction! I made it my mission to pierce the armor and have you laugh and smile with me! Dance with us!!!

Created in January of 2022, The Cosmic PlaYground hosts pop-up dance parties in public spaces! Our mission is to amplify Joy, Bliss, and Love through Play and DANCE!
