Full Moon Mindful Dance Experience - 

no need to talk, just move yourself forward

UNPLUG, CONNECT AND EXPRESS YOURSELF THROUGH THE POWER OF DANCE

A beautiful way to boost the body, mind and spirit

Dancing is a wonderful way to get out of your head and mind and into your body to feel better. A way to let what is inside out in a safe and comfortable way. This experience guides you through with no dance experience needed, just come along with you and your beautiful smile and allow your body to lead.

- Enhance your creativity and revive that inner joyful spirit

- Let go of what others think and boost your confidence

- create space for new things

- raise the endorphins for success 

- find harmony and learn how to communicate what you feel through movement 

and above all let go to the rhythm of the music and enjoy.  We will be joined by a drummer and didgeridoo player to get grounded, relax and enjoy the full moon.

The first part of the evening Everything in life is about rhythm and music and dance allow you to find that structure.  We guide you through some easy movement to feel comfortable and let go of your worries.  Meet each other and feel confident.  The music has been chosen to help you flow through and just have some fun. Let it all go.

The second part of the evening we guide you through some expressive dance moves, some mindful movement to become present, release any hidden emotions and boost yourself. Take the time to discover yourself in a new way. We have invited a drummer and will get you grounded and empowered with different energetic dances.

The last part of the evening we take the time to wind down and relax. Stretch the muscles and listen to the sounds of the didgeridoo with our invited guest. A perfect way to relax in nature, watch the moon and open the heart

You will learn how to use dance in your everyday when you need a quick boost or help get rid of the negative emotions, or just to let it all hang out occasionally. My journey with dance has allowed me to stay strong and feel good through the ups and downs, changes and challenges of life. If you dance everyday it keeps the doctor away, and the heart healthy!!!

Ersilia has always used dance in her daily life to feel good, trained from a young age she brings a unique evening experience.  Joining her love of dance, her professional intuitive, emotional awareness and mindful movement training she will guide you to feel comfortable to let go.
