October we will dance with the cycles of life

Come celebrate my birthday as we explore life ever-changing cycles

A Dancing Freedom Journey through Earth, Water, Fire, Air & Ether,

held by the directions and energy of the medicine wheel.

Dance with us in the hall, or out under the moon and stars by the fire. 

Come to shed what no longer serves, to remember what you already know.

Surrounded by nature, with the option to dance outside around a fire, under stars.....

Dancing Freedom is a Free Form Conscious Medicine Dance. Taking you on an Elemental Wave Dance through Earth, Water, Fire, Air & Ether.

Each element provides a unique lens through which participants can explore their physicality, emotions, passions & spiritual dimensions. By embracing the elements,

Dancers are invited to embark on a holistic journey self-discovery & healing with invitations to release limitations, connect deeply to self and others, celebrating the

diverse tapestry of human experience.

Ultimately, the integration of these elemental themes with conscious movement, creates transformation, fostering a space for liberation, & authentic connection.

Every guidance is an invitation.

followed by a open invitation to gather around fire after dance and share nourishing food.

Wear - layered comfortable clothes
