Description

Dancing Freedom: From Shadow into Light

in our last Dance for 2026 I invite you to

a 2-hour elemental dance journey

Every element carries both gift and shadow.

Earth grounds us, and it can also weigh us down.

Water soothes, and it can also hold the grief we haven't let move.

Fire ignites passion, and it can also burn as anger or exhaustion.

Air brings clarity, and it can also scatter us into worry.

Ether opens spaciousness, and it can also feel like emptiness.

Everything is an invitation

No experience needed

Diana facilitates Dancing Freedom 2rd Sat of Month in North Narrabeen,
