Dance for Women. Freedom and expression. 

This is for women who love to move their bodies.. Revitalise and celebrate our wondrous bodies in motion! We shake off  the week, feel the freedom of free movement, learn a variety of routines, in different styles to fun songs and then play with some creative contemporary ideas for self devised choreography. Release, energise and have fun with some other wonderful women who love to move their bodies !

This is an 10 week term, do yourself a favour and book for the term-$150 prepaid or pay $20 for a casual session on the day.
