    In this interactive workshop you'll learn how to harvest, dry, and make a herbal Dandelion tea. It is great for your liver and digestion. Please bring a mug and a jar to take some tea home.

    The dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) a common plant that grows throughout the garden and often thought of as weed, however it is a very resilient plant, not only useful in the garden but also a great source of food and herbal medicine! Dandelions provide structural benefits to the soil as well as attracting beneficial pollinators. The root, leaves and flowers have been traditionally used as food and herbal medicine for many ailments. Come along to this workshop to learn more about how this wonderful plant can support your garden and health.
