When did you last make space for your dreams?

It’s easy to become so busy with everyday life that we forget to pause, breathe and think about what we would truly love.

Dare to Dream Sessions are 45-minute live online gatherings designed to help you step away from the noise, relax your nervous system and reconnect with yourself, your desires and your dreams.

Each session will be a little different and may include a gentle combination of:

Meditation
Breathwork
Journaling
Quiet reflection
Visualisation
Gratitude and appreciation
Intention setting

You’ll be guided into the present moment and given space to notice how you feel, explore what you want and gently release some of the thoughts or resistance that may be holding you back.

These sessions aren’t about forcing yourself to feel positive or having everything figured out. They are about creating the inner space to dream, allowing new possibilities to emerge and becoming more intentional about the life you are creating.

A space to “do the work”

It can be easy to read about meditation, manifestation and conscious creation without making time to practise them.

Dare to Dream Sessions provide a regular space to pause, turn inward and put these ideas into practice—with gentle guidance and the shared energy of others doing the same.

You might arrive wanting to:

Feel calmer and more grounded
Reconnect with a dream or desire
Gain greater clarity about what you want
Shift your attention towards possibility
Let go of tension or resistance
Appreciate more of what is already present
Make space for inspiration and new ideas
Spend meaningful time nurturing yourself

There is no pressure to share with the group, and no previous experience with meditation, breathwork, journaling or visualisation is needed.

Simply join from a quiet space in your own home and allow yourself this time to pause, breathe and dream.

What to expect

We will begin by arriving in the present moment and allowing the busyness of the day to settle.

From there, I will gently guide you through a combination of practices based on the theme and energy of that particular session. No two gatherings will be exactly the same.

There will be time to quietly reflect, write and connect with what feels meaningful to you.

You are always welcome to follow the guidance in a way that feels comfortable. Your camera may remain off, and anything you write or reflect upon is entirely private unless you choose to share.

About Bec

Hello, I’m Bec—the heart behind Happy Homes with Bec.

I’m a former nurse and qualified Holistic Health Coach, having completed my training through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2022. I am also a certified Sound Therapy Practitioner and have spent many years exploring spirituality, mindset, natural wellbeing and the connection between our thoughts, feelings, beliefs and the lives we create.

I believe our desires are a natural and meaningful part of us. Sometimes we simply need the time and space to hear them.

I created Dare to Dream Sessions to offer a welcoming place where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves and regularly practise the principles that can otherwise be so easy to forget in the middle of everyday life.

I’ll be practising alongside you in many ways—continuing to pause, listen, dream and consciously choose what I would love to create next.

I would love to welcome you.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I need any previous experience?

Not at all. Each practice will be gently guided, and you are welcome to participate in whatever way feels right for you.

Do I need to have an Abundance Nook?

No. These sessions complement the Abundance Nook experience, but you do not need to own an Abundance Nook Pack or any special items to participate.

Will I need to speak or share with the group?

No. There is no pressure to share anything personal. You are very welcome to participate quietly and keep your reflections entirely to yourself.

Does my camera need to be on?

No. You may have your camera on or off—whichever helps you feel most comfortable and present.

Is the $5 ticket available for every session?

The $5 introductory ticket is for your first Dare to Dream Session. After your first session, casual bookings are $10 each.

What kind of breathwork will we do?

Any breathwork included will be gentle and focused on awareness, presence and relaxation. You will always be encouraged to breathe naturally, remain within your own comfort and pause any practice if it does not feel right for you.

What if I cannot attend after booking?

Bookings may be transferred to another available Dare to Dream Session when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable, but please get in touch if exceptional circumstances arise.

Is this a form of counselling or medical treatment?

No. Dare to Dream Sessions are intended for personal reflection, relaxation and general wellbeing. They are not a substitute for medical care, counselling, psychotherapy or other professional health support.

Please participate within your personal comfort and seek advice from an appropriate health professional if you are unsure whether meditation or breathwork is suitable for you.

The Zoom room will open approximately five minutes before we begin.

Until then, perhaps take a quiet moment to ask yourself:

What would I love more of?
