The Dare to Lead™ program, based on over 20 years of research by Dr Brené Brown, focuses on humanising the workplace by exploring who we are and how we lead.
Based on the research of Dr Brené Brown, Dare to Lead™ is a courage-building program designed to be facilitated by organisational development professionals.

This is a Live Online Workshop Series. When registering please be mindful of your capacity to attend ALL sessions for the allotted time as outlined below.
Includes 5 x 4hour live online workshops over 5 weeks. Each session is from 10:00am – 2:00pm AEST.

Who should attend
Leaders, seniors team members and practitioners with the capacity to be implementing the learning who are working in the domestic and family violence, women’s health and wellbeing and sexual assault sector will find this program beneficial.
Biography
Experience the Dare to Lead™ program with us – certified Dare to Lead™ facilitators and founders of Lead with Courage, Tammy and Kerry. We trained directly with Brene, with permission to bring this empowering program to Australia.
You will feel like Brené is in the room with you.
Together, we will guide you to develop these courage-building skills so you, your team, and your organisation can move away from armoured leadership and embrace daring leadership. Our role is to create a safe, inclusive, courageous space for you to journey into Daring Leadership.
Tickets are limited and only available for WorkUP Queensland target group. We reserve the right to limit places per service if oversubscribed. Please register a maximum of one person per organisation.
