Travel instructions

Public transport: The site is approximately a 16 minute walk from the Greenhills Rd/Plenty Rd stop on the 86 tram and buses 382 and 566. By bike: The site is located on the Darebin Creek Trail, which extends from Kew East up to Epping By car: Parking is available in surrounding streets (Greenhills Rd, Lauder Dr, Medora Ave), with a further 5 minute walk to the site.

Entry instructions

The activity is located on the Darebin Creek Trail, north of Greenhills Rd Bundoora, and can be accessed: - via the Darebin Creek Trail by foot or bike - by parking near the entrance to the reserve at 130W Greenhills Rd, then walking north for approximately 5 minutes to the site Look out for the DCMC banner.

Come to the registration table when you arrive.

Hazards

We'll be working in an open area next to vegetation near a shared trail (pedestrians and cyclists). Tasks involve planting (bending or kneeling). The ground may be uneven in places and have trip hazards (holes, logs etc.). There are some slopes. The weather may change from hot to rainy. Please wear suitable clothing for the weather on the day and bring gloves if you have them.
