CLOSET returns to Nipaluna / Hobart this June for the sixth annual Dark Homo, our sell-out unofficial party.

Tickets on sale 9am on Wed April 4 2023. In previous years, tickets have sold out within a few days.

TICKETS: $75 + booking fee

DRESS ATTIRE: Dark. Sexy. Full Surprises. Leather, lace, fur, fetish, whatever takes your fancy. Cloak room will be available.

Dark Homo will take place on the unceded lands of the traditional custodians, the Palawa people of Lutruwita. We acknowledge and pay respect to their elders past, present and emerging and recognise their continuing connection to land, water and culture. Always was, and always will be, Aboriginal land.

- Dark Homo is an all-night affair that welcomes the whole rainbow community and their friends.

- Strictly 18+. Please bring Photo ID.

- CLOSET will be held across multiple levels of the venue, both outdoors and indoors.

- Observatory Bar is a wheelchair accessible venue, with lift access and accessible bathrooms. If you have other questions about disability and access, please contact us directly via PM.

- Be mindful there may be lights that may be hazardous to people with photosensitive conditions.

- We have a zero tolerance policy towards sexual harassment or sexual assault, any homophobic, transphobic, racist, sexist or anti social behaviour. We reserve the right to refuse entry, and kick you out.

- If you feel unsafe, uncomfortable or unwell (or see someone who is), please contact our event staff or security for help.

No refunds. No resale tickets will be accepted unless through Tixel to discourage scammers and scalpers, and to ensure accurate contact tracing.
