Dashville Xmas Party 2024

The big 'Lower Belford silly season soiree', is the perfect location for your end of year get together!

Please join us for this special end of year event. A very laid back event designed specifically for friends, families, groups, band mates, co-workers, teammates, opponents.. Anyone really...To all come together for an end of year catch up and wind down in the sprawling gardens of Dashville.

This year the event will run on Saturday 7th December 2024.

Camping will be available across the weekend, but event activity will only take place on the Saturday, kicking off around 10am and running until 10pm-ish...

The event is all ages, fully licensed, family and (good) dog (on a lead) friendly and will feature Dashville's trademark of quality live music, along with kids activities/workshops, popular family portraits, car boot sale, a visit from the big guy, great food and beverages and fun friendly times.

The Dashville campground is generally open across the weekend, though the arena is not open until Saturday morning 10am. 

We accept camping of all shapes and sizes. All camping tickets are per person and you must have a Friday night camping ticket in order to set up camp for the night. You can byo alcohol and food into the campground but not into the licensed arena/event space.

The event commences 10am Saturday. 

Ruby's Cafe open from 10am until late. Selling a range of hot/cold food and ice cold drinks and things.

The Galah Bar will open from 11am, until late. (licensed event) 

Face painting between 2- 4pm

Santa arrives at 4pm

Live music from 2pm, featuring Grand Junction Hotel end of year Open Mic Showcase.

Followed by .....4.30pm Piper Butcher, 5.40pm Andy Abra, 7pm Magpie Diaries and 8.30pm Dank Hank & The Hot Ones

 

As part of this event, you have the option to book the following;

Camping:
Please pre-book your stay with us if you would like to camp the night. It's best to just book the two nights Friday and Saturday and save all the hassle of having to do anything. It'll be a quality hang this one.

There is a ticket option for +15 and under 15 and children under 6 are free.

Family Christmas Portraits:
Please pre-book your portraits AND grab a time slot (time slots are limited) - we may sell out!  

The set looks best with 10 people max, but if you'd like a big family pic we'll smoosh you all in. Limited spaces per hour, we're booking in hour time slots - so please turn up within your hour (first in best dressed) to get your happy snap. 

Picnic hampers:
Please get in quick to grab our specially made Christmas picnics and hampers. We also have pre-purchase grazing tables for your group's big bang effect. 

Car Boot sale:
Get all your pre-loved items into the boot, grab a $30 car boot ticket and sell-sell-sell! you're welcome to pop your boot anytime from 10am - 10pm Saturday
