You will not be able to bring your car into the campground without a vehicle pass. All drivers/passengers must have a valid festival pass at time of entry. If you don't need a car to camp, you can leave your car at the day parking zone outside the campground, which will provide more room for campers. Motored and non-motored bikes do not require a vehicle pass.
