Data Readiness for AI Integration
Description
AI initiatives rarely fail at the model. They fail at the data underneath it.
Data Readiness for AI Integration is a full-day working session for the people who own that problem: operations, data and IT leads who need to know in writing what data they hold, where it came from, who can touch it and whether it can carry the weight of an AI workflow.
Who this is for:
Operations, data and IT leads preparing organisational data foundations. Come with a nominated workflow or dataset context to work on (described, not uploaded).
What you will do:
Trace the Decision Back to the Data start from a business decision and walk backwards to every dataset it depends on.
Data Inventory and Lineage build a working inventory and lineage diagram for your nominated context.
Quality, Bias and Representativeness run structured quality and bias tests on exercise datasets and design tests for your own.
Access, Retention and Security by Design draft an access-control matrix that reflects reality, not the org chart.
The Minimum Viable Data Foundation scope the smallest foundation that supports one workflow, instead of a multi-year clean-up.
Your Two-Week Remediation Sprint Plan leave with a dated, owned remediation plan.
What you will leave with:
A data inventory and lineage diagram, a data-quality and bias test report, an access-control matrix, and a two-week remediation sprint plan.
Prerequisites and exclusions:
Bring knowledge of a nominated workflow or dataset; do not bring production data the room works on descriptions, structures and fictional exercise sets. This is professional development, not a data audit or security assessment of your systems.
