- Where is the Dawn Court Party being held?
The Dawn Court Party is being held at Alice Springs Cinema on Tuesday 27 October 2026 from 7am to 10am.
Please note: while you can purchase your ticket and pre-order your book through Red Kangaroo Books, the event itself is at Alice Springs Cinema.
- What is included in my Dawn Court ticket?
Your $15 Dawn Court – Breakfast Standard ticket includes:

- Is a copy of A Court of Splintered Harmony included in my $15 ticket?
No. Your copy of A Court of Splintered Harmony is not included in the $15 event ticket and needs to be purchased separately.
Both paperback and hardback editions are available to pre-order through Red Kangaroo Books.
- Do I need to pre-order a copy of A Court of Splintered Harmony to attend?
No. You can purchase a Dawn Court ticket without pre-ordering the book.
However, if you would like to start reading A Court of Splintered Harmony in the Cinema Reading Lounge on release day, we recommend pre-ordering your copy so you don't miss out.
Red Kangaroo Books will also have copies of the books available for sale at the Alice Springs Cinema on the day.
- What happens if the books don’t arrive in time for the event?
The release of A Court of Splintered Harmony is subject to stock arriving in Alice Springs on time. While every effort will be made to have books available for the event, delivery delays can occur that are outside Red Kangaroo Books’ control.
If books do not arrive in time for the event, the event will still go ahead as planned. Customers who have purchased a book + ticket package will be contacted and their book will be available for collection from Red Kangaroo Books as soon as stock arrives.

- Can I use my myToddMall vouchers?
Yes. If you purchase your ticket and/or pre-order your book in store at Red Kangaroo Books, you can use your eligible myToddMall vouchers towards your purchase.
A minimum spend of $20 applies to be eligible to redeem a myToddMall voucher.
myToddMall vouchers cannot be redeemed through Humanitix.

- What is the Cinema Reading Lounge?
For the Dawn Court Party, one of the cinemas at Alice Springs Cinema will become our Cinema Reading Lounge, a space where you can settle in with your new book, enjoy your breakfast and start reading alongside fellow Sarah J. Maas fans.
The cinema will have lighting suitable for reading, so you can get straight into those first chapters!
- What's the difference between the Dawn Court and Night Court Parties?
The Dawn Court Party and Night Court Party are two separate events on 27 October 2026, each with its own ticket and experience.
This ticket is for the Dawn Court Party only. A Dawn Court ticket does not include entry to the Night Court Party.

We will do our best to accommodate dietary requirements. Please let us know about any dietary requirements when booking your ticket so we can plan ahead.
