*Due to the nature of this event and the use of individual headsets, TICKETS ARE STRICTLY LIMITED, and there will be NO SALES ON THE DAY. 

*Please arrive at 5.45am to allow time for headset collection, ensuring a prompt start at 6.00am

*Don't forget to bring water, as there will be plenty of movement and dancing involved. 

*Please bring a chair or yoga mat if you wish to sit
