Due to the high demand of our events and likelihood of early sell outs, we offer an extra friendly refund option of 90% refund up until 72hrs before the event! If your plans change, you can easily self manage refunds! After this timeframe, we cannot offer refunds.
- In the case of bad weather (Strong winds, heavy rain and/or thunder), we will postpone the event to a later date. (We PARTY ahead with light/medium rain)

- What do I wear? What do I bring?
We don't recommend you bring a lot to this event!
Appropriate and comfortable clothing to boogie in!
Because this event is on the beach, we strongly suggest going barefoot or taking your shoes off! If you are wearing shoes, please be mindful of others who may be barefoot
Minimal valuables (there will not be lockers available on site)
A phone if you are comfortable dancing with it (youll need it to scan your ticket)
A towel for post dip in the ocean!
- What happens if i'm late? Can I still get in?
Main gates will close 5 minutes before the dance. However we will still have 1 lane open for any late comers until 30 minutes into the dance.
- Help I can't find my ticket confirmation email!
The two most likely scenarios here is:
- You've paid for your ticket with apple/google pay, and the email has gone to the email you have associated with that account.
- The email has gone to your spam/junkIf you still can't find your tickets, please email us at hello@dawnbreak.au, and we will get back to you asap!
- Is this event all ages?
Yes! All ages can enjoy the Dawnbreak experience. Please note u18 legends will need their own ticket and must be accompanied by a legal guardian at all times! πͺ©πΊπΌπ§π¦
- Is this event wheelchair friendly?
Due to the nature of these events being on sand and in varying beach locations, we cannot guarantee accessible wheelchair access! Please check the local council websites for access options.
- Do you accepted companion cards?
Yes! Please e-mail us your ticket along with a copy of your companion card and we will issue a companion ticket - hello@dawnbreak.au
- Are their toilets there?
πΎ Ample unisex and all gendered toilets will be available at the event
- I can't come anymore. Can I get a refund?
Yes! We offer a 90% refund up to 3 days before the event.
Alternatively, you can resell your ticket through Humanitix from December 1st
