Is there food at the event?

Yes! The Croatian Club will be offering a special Mexican Menu carefully thought to satisfy your cravings for this special celebration.

Do you accept companion cards?

Yes! Please purchase the ticket for your client and send us an email with your name and your client's name to: info@fantasticaevents.com

Is there a bar at the event?

Yes! The Croatian Club has the best selection of beers, plus the classic spirits that everybody loves. Non-alcoholic beverages also available for purchase.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the venue has accessible entry and toilet facilities suitable for people with wheelchairs.

Is there numbered/reserved seating at the event?

Lucha Fantastica is a General Admission event. We encourage everyone to stand up as we have a party atmosphere. However, there will be seating available if you need it. Our friendly door staff will assist you to get one.

I've got the wrong tickets, can I swap them for the Adult show?

Yes. Please purchase the correct tickets and send us an email to info@fantasticaevents.com with your name, both order numbers and which tickets you want to cancel. We will process your request and issue a refund in 1-2 business days. *Subject to ticket availability

I can no longer attend the show, will I be able to get a refund?

You can still use your tickets for the next show in your city. Just send us an email to info@fantasticaevents.com with your full name and order number to let us know and you will be able to attend to the next available event. If you decide to resell your tickets, you can only do it through Humanitix or tixel.com
