Is there food at the event?

Yes! We are so proud to have on board with us the best tacos and Mexican street food from caterers and restaurants around Australia, we always invite different caterers to join us.

Do you accept companion cards?

Yes! Please purchase the ticket for your client and send us an email with your name and your client's name to: info@fantasticaevents.com

Is there a bar at the event?

Yes! We have a fully licensed bar with beers, margaritas and standard spirits! plus soft drinks and other non-alcoholic beverages.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the venue has accessible entry and toilet facilities suitable for people with wheelchairs.

Is there numbered/reserved seating at the event?

Lucha Fantastica is a General Admission event. We encourage everyone to stand up as we have a party atmosphere. However, there will be seating available if you need it. Our friendly door staff will assist you to get one.

I've got the wrong tickets, can I swap them for the Family show?

Yes. Please purchase the correct tickets and send us an email to info@fantasticaevents.com with your name, both order numbers and which tickets you want to cancel. We will process your request and issue a refund in 1-2 business days. *Subject to ticket availability

Can my kids come to the adult show?

Unfortunately, no. Perth Mess Hall has a strict policy for underage patrons to attend to an 18+ event. However, our Family Session has the same acrobatics and action appropriate for all ages!

I can no longer attend the show, will I be able to get a refund?

You can still use your tickets for the next show in your city. Just send us an email to info@fantasticaevents.com with your full name and order number to let us know and you will be able to attend to the next available event. If you decide to resell your tickets, you can only do it through Humanitix or tixel.com
