Day of the Dead: Tantric Halloween Party
The Invitation
When the veils are thin, will you dare to bring your shadows into the light?
At this powerful threshold of the year, we turn toward remembrance. In the spirit of Día de los Muertos, we honor our ancestors and the wisdom, stories, and energies carried through our lineage. Halloween offers another doorway—to explore the hidden parts of ourselves and give them permission to emerge.
For Tantra Collective, these traditions meet through a shared thread: what we carry can become a doorway to greater consciousness. When we bring our shadows into embodied expression, we can meet the parts of ourselves shaped by our history and lineage, reclaim what is ours, and bring what has been hidden into the light. In this way, shadow becomes not something to overcome, but an invitation toward wholeness.
🎭 Come Dressed as Your Shadow Archetype
This isn’t your average costume party. Rather than pretending to be someone else, come dressed as a part of yourself—an archetype, energy, or hidden face that longs to be seen, expressed, and celebrated.
Trickster. Sorceress. Rebel. Hermit. Femme Fatale. Don Juan. Witch. Lover. Or whatever wants to come out and play.
Through tantric embodiment, playful connection, and freeform dance, we’ll create space to explore these energies with curiosity, freedom, and joy. We’ll move from guided experiences into an open flow of dance, nourishment, conversation, and connection—leaving plenty of room for the evening to unfold organically.
🔥 The Evening
Elana Stern, founder of Tantra Collective, will open the space with tantric embodiment and playful connection games, inviting authenticity, presence, and archetypal expression.
Then we’ll turn up the music for a shadow dance, offering our hidden energies a place to move freely through the body—to embody, express, and celebrate every part of ourselves.
In this open container, there will be plenty of space to mingle, share food, laugh, connect, and simply enjoy being together in the warmth of community.
Last year’s gathering sold out, and we’re keeping this year’s circle intentionally intimate—creating space for genuine connection, playful exploration, and a warm, welcoming container.

Elana Stern
Elana Stern is a devoted guide in Tantra Yoga, walking the path of love and supporting individuals, couples, and groups in cultivating sacred connection, embodied presence, and lasting transformation. She was drawn to meditation as a teenager, studied Eastern Philosophy and Religion academically, trained with celebrity fitness icons in NYC, and earned Yoga Teacher certifications in both Vinyasa Yoga (Cindy Lee lineage) and Restorative Yoga. Her foundation is further enriched by training in Tibetan Buddhist, Transcendental, Vipassana, Mindfulness, and Sonic Meditation modalities, as well as Pranayama breathwork and Reiki techniques. Her journey expanded through advanced certification with Yoga Chitta—a Black-owned yoga school serving the BIPOC community-where she mentors yoga teacher trainees. After a life-altering kundalini awakening opened the portal to deeper energetic and tantric realms, she became a certified facilitator of Tao Tantra Arts (Mantak Chia and Osho lineages) and a graduate of the International School of Temple Arts (ISTA). With a vision for evolving consciousness in Philadelphia, Elana founded the Tantra Collective—producing monthly offerings for embodied spiritual connection—and ONE LOVE HUB, the city's co-created community for conscious events. With decades of practice in movement, meditation, and energy healing, Elana's teaching bridges the physical and the spiritual. She invites you into a deeper relationship with your body, your breath, your heart, and each other—where love becomes the path home to your divine nature.
