DAY RETREAT
Event description
Day retreat in the beautiful Surf Coast with Chris and Ryan.
Located amongst the trees in Jan Juc, this day retreat is an opportunity to press pause from the busy-ness of life, nourish the body and mind.
The schedule of the day is as below:
10am-12.00pm: A mellow asana practice, breath work and meditation.
12.00-1.00pm A plant based organic lunch prepared by the retreat chef.
1.00-2.00pm Nature therapy and a coast walk into some local spots close by.
2.00-4pm Conversation, enquiry and yin yoga and yoga nidra.
Spots are limited to 15 people and we are super excited to be teaching and connections with you.
Date: Saturday June 8.
