DCNMC presents- ‘Lunar Reflections: A new moon wellbeing workshop’
Event description
Diamond Creek Natural Medicine Centre presents-
Join Keiko in this ongoing series. These workshops will be held every second month in the beautiful DCNMC Studio Space.
'The new moon marks a quiet yet powerful shift - a natural pause in the lunar cycle where we are invited to slow down, reset & realign with our wellbeing: Just as the moon's pull affects the tides, it also influences our energy levels, sleep patterns, emotions & overall balance. The new moon is often a time of lower energy & deep introspection, making it the perfect opportunity to listen to what your mind & body need & create a foundation for the cycle ahead. By working with these natural rhythms rather than against them, we can feel more aligned, less overwhelmed, and more in tune with our personal needs'
What to Expect
Lunar Reflections will run every second month, offering self-care practices designed to align with the energy of each new moon:
Lunar Insights:
- Learn how each new moon may influence your energy, emotions, and mindset.
- Intention-Setting : Align your focus and set meaningful, aligned goals.
- Guided Journaling : Thought-provoking prompts to help process emotions and reconnect with your needs.
- Meditation & Sound: Calming practices to support relaxation and nervous system regulation.
- Continued Lunar Guidance: Receive prompts and insights to support your practice in between workshops.
