Welcome to our first workshop in the Wellbeing Series. This session is an informative and interactive opportunity to learn about the basics of the various types of stress and their different effects on mind and body. Learn how to maximise awareness of our personal stressors and minimise their effects on our physical and emotional wellbeing, enabling us to cope with everyday challenges and as well as the unexpected.
