DEAD BOB ON US TOUR
DEBUT ALBUM, 'LIFE LIKE', OUT NOW – LISTEN / PURCHASE HERE
John Wright, formerly of renowned, retired Canadian punk rock band No Means No, released his debut solo album as Dead Bob in April 2023, much to the delight of hungry fans around the globe. Fans who were definitely not disappointed. "Life Like" is predictably unpredictable but touches on familiar themes, sounds, and of course stays true to the sheer intensity that Wright is known for! The album was self-released via Wrong Records and is available now to purchase on BandCamp and / or stream on all streaming platforms.
The band will be taking the new music to various stages this November / December and the inaugural shows will all take place in Wright's home province of British Columbia. It is by no means a small feat to restart the engines, but he hasn't had to do it alone! For the tour, Wright has teamed up with a talented roster of friends including Byron Slack (Invasives), Ford Pier (Ford Pier and the Vengeance Trio, DOA, Roots Roundup, Junior Gone Wild, Rheostatics), Kristy Lee Audette (Rong) and Colin MacRae (Pigment Vehicle), who are all thrilled to be helping bring Dead Bob back to life.
Don't miss out on Dead Bob, reincarnated!
