DEAD MERCH FAIR
Event description
The Fremantle Buffalo Club invites you to join in the first annual Dead Merch Fair. Bring out your dead: Old EP's, cassette's, zine's, posters, paintings, T-Shirts, sketches, miniature arboretums, or finger-knitted-leg-warmers. All art, craft, and interests accepted.
LABELS: Rockton Records _ Lunch Records _ Stock Records _ Burnt Seed Records _ Tone List;
PROJECTS: Pot Luck _ Jugular Co _ Rosie Shute & Friends _ Sprawl _ Hi, Ok. Sorry _ Hurb and Greg _ FBC ART _ Lima Brightlove _ Ruby's Seaweed Shack _ QUILTBAG;
EXHIBITS: Life Drawing Drawings _ Buffalo Archives _ ToDrawDay Portraiture
The fair opens at 11am and runs until 4pm. There will be a few performances, an exhibit of the Buffalo historical archives, and some history told by one of our long standing members.
While the Buff holds its eclectic history on one bent shelf in the kitchen, many members have joined from dispersed art, music, and DIY spaces where change is a constant.
The Dead Merch Fair is a space for sharing that medley of interests that have become the life blood of Buffalo Club. Come celebrate this shared home for good things and score a Tshirt.
Free entry
$10 Coffee/Toastie
If you’d like a stall contact gigs@freobuffclub.org. Stalls are mostly in the upper hall of the Buffalo, but there will be a few spots in the lower bar.
The upper hall is not wheelchair accessible at the moment, something the club has plans to address.
This event is held in Walyalup, on Noongar boodjar. Respect to elders past and present.
