Let's destigmatise mental health together!
Letters to Strangers is an incredible global organisation seeking to destigmatise mental illness and increase access to affordable mental health treatment, particularly for youth.
Since 2013, they've been writing anonymous, heartfelt letters, designed to provide those who are fighting through difficult times with a little bit of hope and encouragement.
In our third edition of this event, we're teaming up with the Letters to Strangers NZ team plus the Student Volunteer Army to ... you guessed it ... write letters to strangers!
And, you're invited.
We'll be getting together online between on September 29th to write anonymous letters in response to a series of question prompts. We'll then exchange these letters, as a way to show our support for each other.
No materials required - just bring yourself and an open mind, and we'll guide you through the process on the night.
