Welcome to another offering for 🍂 Death Over Tea 🍵

What is it?

It is a wonderful opening of conversations about mortality, death, and living fully! It is run by a qualified Death Doula, Mary Grace, who has a passion for helping others to live fully by embracing our mortality, speaking openly together about our challenges, fears and experiences with this tender topic.

For too long death/dying has been a taboo subject, as if talking about it may somehow make it happen to us! On the contrary, we find talking about death makes us live more consciously and joyously with more gratitude in our hearts for every day we are alive and for the others who share this life with us. 🙏

On Wednesdays we will be gathering at

Fullarton Park Centre Community Room (first on the right as you walk in) 411 Fullarton Rd. Fullarton

11:45am until 1:30pm with

🍰☕️ Tea and Cake (or other snacks) provided

We open gentle conversations about death and living fully and share together, or you can simply listen to others if you are feeling shy or emotional. In the second half, I will offer a themed talk and invite conversations on the topic I present. Here are some of the topics we leaned into last time... We will discuss what the group wants to add as topics on our first day back, July 1st.
