December Full Moon Breathwork & Cacao in Bondi

Beautiful people, I have missed you!! Monthly Full Moon events are back!

Take advantage of the energy that comes with the Full Moon. Reconnect and realign to your true Self to reach your fullest potential. This is a great time energetically to reflect and release as the lunar cycle comes to completion.

Craving a deeper connection to yourself? How about connection with like-minded people? Do you want to be still and gain access to great clarity to set intentions while using the energy of the full moon to support you? How about an optional dip in the ocean after the event- under the full moon? Then this event is for YOU!

Join Master Breathwork Instructor Victoria Maurer (@thebalancedcorporate) for a rejuvenating Breathwork session in the Seagull Room at Bondi Pavilion. Connect with your breath, release tension, and cultivate a sense of calm. This in-person event offers a unique opportunity to unwind and recharge while enjoying the beautiful energy of the full moon. We'll start the session with a ceremonial cacao ritual where we set our intentions and finish with community connection under the full moon.

Agenda for the event:

Introduction to Breathwork from Victoria, Master Breathwork Instructor: To make sure you feel completely comfortable, Victoria will provide an introduction to Breathwork: what it is, the science behind how and why it works, how it can benefit you, and what to expect during the session.
Learn Practical Breathing Tools: Learn simple, effective Breathwork techniques that you can take with you to improve performance, reduce the risk of burnout, and create a sense of calm in your everyday life.
Ceremonial Cacao & Intention Setting: We'll start with a warm yummy ceremonial cacao to help you open your heart and connect to yourself. We'll set our intentions for the session and take time to reflect and journal about what we are releasing with the Full Moon and what we are making space to call in.
Breakthrough Breathwork Session: This is where the magic happens! A transformative Breathwork session guided by Master Breathwork Instructors, Victoria to music. This session will create a safe space for you to release emotional and physical tension and leave you feeling relaxed, regulated, and deeply connected to your True Self.
Integration & Connection: We’ll finish the session by coming together for a wholesome chat under the full moon to reflect on and integrate the experience together. There will be an option to join us for a dip in the ocean after the event if you are keen!

What to bring:

Yoga Mat (I do not have extras!)
Water Bottle
Wear comfortable clothing that you feel relaxed in
Blanket (optional- for extra comfort)
Journal (optional- this is a great time to reflect)
Swimmers for an optional dip in the ocean under the full moon after the event finishes! This is a really fun and special way to integrate, ground and finish the evening.
