As we prepare to close out 2024 and step into a fresh new year, join us for a special December Women’s Circle focused on Embracing Gratitude & Setting Intentions for 2025. This intimate and reflective gathering offers a space to honor the experiences, lessons, and growth of the past year while planting the seeds for what we hope to cultivate in the year ahead.

Through a blend of movement, guided reflection, and meaningful connection, you’ll be led through activities designed to help you:

• Reflect on the moments, growth, and gratitude from 2024
• Release anything that no longer serves you as you prepare for a fresh start
• Set powerful, personal intentions for the new year in a supportive and inspiring circle of women
