December Sunday School: Tiramisu 101 with Coffee & Tea 101

Tiramisu is one of Italy’s most beloved desserts a beautiful balance of rich espresso, creamy mascarpone, and delicate layers of ladyfingers but so intimidating for most to make. We want to teach you all you need to do this at home with confidence!

In this class, we’ll break down how to make this iconic dessert completely from scratch, from whipping the perfect mascarpone mixture to layering and setting it for that classic, velvety texture. You’ll learn not just the technique, but also the art of timing and balance that makes tiramisu so special light yet indulgent, simple yet elegant.

By the end, you’ll have a dessert that tastes like it came straight from a cozy Italian café and the confidence to make it again for any occasion.
