Join us for our last Women's Circle of the year at the beautiful community space at the top of Halloran's Hill.

This is an opportunity to take some time out for you, and be held in a warm and welcoming space with other women. 

The theme of this month is embodiment - tuning into our bodies and all the wisdom they hold for us.

Each Circle Follows this Flow:

• Arrive and get settled
• Opening words & guidelines
• Share your name, one word intention & light a candle
• Guided movement & meditation
• Journaling practice
• Shares and Closing the Circle

What to Bring:

• Water Bottle
• Journal & Pen
• Yoga Mat
• Cushion

This is a non-for profit event and your ticket contributes to covering the cost of hiring the space, flowers and candles.

Spaces are limited so purchasing your ticket prior to arrival is essential.
