We know the last stretch of the year can feel heavy—December often asks for that extra bit of energy. But this Sunday, give yourself the gift of slowing down and letting go.

Join us on 15 December at 6:30 pm for a deeply nourishing evening by the ocean 🌊

Through gentle movements, meditation, intention-setting, and a soothing sound healing session, we’ll create space to release the weight of 2024 and step into 2025 with clarity, ease, and an open heart.
