Event description

With the federal election around the corner, now’s the perfect time to deconstruct what on earth political candidates are talking about!

This free, 90-minute online workshop is your crash course in understanding policy, and the art of the possible. No jargon, no judgement — just practical tools to help you vote with confidence.

We'll cover:

  • What policy is
  • How to understand good policy
  • How does policy become a law?
  • How to research the policies of the candidates running this election.

This session is beginner-friendly and perfect for anyone who wants to make change but doesn’t know where to start.

Facilitated by Ashleigh Streeter-Jones and Adi Rai.
