Decolonising Public Health Workshop Series (Online)

Aim    

The aim of this online workshop series is to guide participants through a process of reflecting on positionality, applying decolonial thinking to teaching and learning practice, and engaging with Indigenous Knowledges in culturally safe and meaningful ways.

This professional development program of three interconnected sessions has been designed as a sequence of learning; each session being a necessary foundation for the next.  

The first two sessions in this professional development series lead into the CAPHIA Teaching and Learning Forum, where participants will have the opportunity to draw on their learning in this series in workshops related to implementing the new CAPHIA Competency Framework for Public Health Graduates
