Peter Coroneos, International Vice President of the Cybersecurity Advisors Network and founder of Serenityworks brings you an hour of deep relaxation.

We welcome cyber and other professionals as well as our existing meditation community to this special 'immersion' virtual event, live on Zoom.

You will be introduced to and guided through a form of meditative yoga done lying down. No exercises or difficult poses involved. Just rest.

We use 'yoga' here in the traditional sense — a reconnection with a deep, inner part of yourself that is the true source of your happiness, contentment and peace. 

This guided session will enable you to release deep stress and reset your system in support of a calmer, more detached state. 

You will experience a state of profound rest. Some say it is deeper and more restorative than sleep. You may encounter the unique state of 'body asleep/mind awake' which is the hallmark of yoga nidra.

Yoga Nidra means 'deep yogic sleep'. It is the sleep of yogis — those who have mastered their minds and dwell in a continuous state of conscious, peaceful presence, permeated with joy. This practice will set you on that path.

What to bring to the session
Ideally but not essential, a set of wireless headphones or earbuds (so you can hear in stereo) and a place to rest, ideally lying down — or sitting in a comfortable chair. If you can join this Zoom session from a mobile device, that's ideal. Have a blanket to cover yourself with, a low cushion for under your head and a small cloth or eyemask to cover your eyes.
