As a guide, you might consider the following:
Level 1 - $20
If you are unemployed, aren't drawing any income from your business, or are a full-time student without regular employment. You may have housing insecurity or find it hard to access services like health care do to financial barriers.
Level 2 - $100
If you have a part-time or casual job, or are drawing a small wage from your business (under $40k pa). You have access to safe housing and are able to afford the basics like food and healthcare without too much concern.
Level 3 - $180
If you have a full time wage, or are drawing more than $40k pa from your own business. You have safe and secure housing and are able to afford luxuries like holidays and eating out.
