Deep Dive Into Rest
Description
Is your body asking you to rest?
Let's take a moment to pause, to deeply immerse, and unwind the body and mind.
As the whales arrive in Geographe Bay, we will also dive deep into our own inner waters, and be surrounded by sounds of resonant harmony.
Join longterm South West locals Yoga Teacher Kel Ghent, and Sound Therapist Melia Brent-White for an afternoon you don't want to miss.
Enjoy a Restorative Yoga session while warm therapeutic singing bowls are placed gently and around the body for deep release and relaxation.
Next we will explore a Yoga Nidra meditation to lull the mind into the deeply nourishing state. Finally dive even deeper with the vibrational sounds of singing bowls, gongs, chimes and rainstick.
In silence we awaken, and in your own time you'll enjoy a warm cuppa and natural treat created by Kel.
You'll leave warm, relaxed and fully replenished.
