Being Human in Changing Times - Deep Ecology Day Motueka
Description
Alive & Awake Deep Ecology Day MOTUEKA, with Inna Alex.
A day of connection, reflection and exploring our place in the web of Life
There's a lot going on in the world these days. From changes close to home to events unfolding across the globe, there's plenty to think and feel about. Alongside the challenges, there is also much to appreciate, enjoy and care for.
How do we experience these changing times? How do we make sense of it all? What matters to us? And what does it mean to be human, connected to each other and to the world we are part of?
This one-day gathering offers an opportunity to step out of everyday routines, slow down and connect with ourselves, each other and the natural world. Through a mix of experiential activities, conversation and quiet reflection, we'll explore what it means to live consciously in relationship with the world around us.
Drawing on Joanna Macy's Work That Reconnects and facilitated by Inna Alex, this day welcomes people of all backgrounds and experiences. No prior knowledge is needed, and there are no particular answers or outcomes to arrive at.
