What should I bring?
Yoga mats and props are provided, however you are very welcome to bring your own if you prefer. We recommend bringing a blanket to stay warm and cosy during relaxation, as well as anything else you need to feel comfortable such as a water bottle, pillow, or eye mask.

Where is it located?
The class is held in Burleigh Heads above Social Brew on James Street. The exact address is included in your booking confirmation.

Do I need experience?
No experience is needed. This class is suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.

What should I expect?
A slow, restful evening combining yin yoga, meditation, breathwork, and Reiki energy healing designed to support deep relaxation and nervous system regulation.

Please aim to arrive ~5 minutes early to set up, as class begins at 6pm.
