Join us at Sailors Grave Brewing for the launch of our Koelschip & Barrel Room with an exclusive 30-person beer dinner featuring The Long Paddock at our new event space at Dunetown, A koelschip is a traditional brewing vessel used to cool wort, particularly in lambic brewing where airborne yeasts create spontaneous fermentation. This process results in complex, flavorful beers of place. The afternoon will feature four courses crafted by The Long Paddock. Each course will be paired with four barrel-aged beers from the Sailors Grave Brewing cellar, showcasing the depth of our brewing practices and providing a chance to explore more traditional & non brewing techniques.
