The group is an opportunity to gain insights into your current life issues through the lens of Breathwork.
Through the conscious connected breathing cycle you will have be able to connect the intelligence of your body to the intelligence of your breath and deeply listen beyond what you already know in your mind to find out more information.
DEEP LISTENING, in aboriginal culture it is the language of dadirri, an inner and deep listening. In the words of Aunty Miriam Rose “Dadirri recognises the deep spring that is inside of us. We call on it and it calls on us”. In this 90 minute Group Breathwork Online it is a journey of DEEP LISTENING ..... this is where your breath will take you
Connecting to nature and the natural world through Breathwork is something that Jennylee is passionate about and comes from this intention when holding space for this group. Limited to 10 breathers to maintain focus on deeply listening to the group as a whole and breathing in community.
The Breathing technique used is the conscious connected breathing cycle.
No experience necessary.

Jennylee Taylor is a 2nd generation Breathwork Practitioner with over 30 years of experience personally and 12 years professionally working with the Conscious Connected Breathing Cycle - Breathwork. Jennylee is also a Breathwork Practitioner Trainer and walks country deeply listening to the Spirits of the Land and the Ancestors.
