Event description

DEEP LISTENING TO NATURE (DLTN)

‘GAP CREEK MEDITATION WALK’ 💦

Learn & practice rare skills to hear more acutely the voice of Mother Nature with the help of experienced Nature Guide and Mindfulness Practitioner, Iris Ray Nunn.

Some of the Benefits of DLTN….💦

  • DLTN gifts participants with a dynamic meditation technique they can easily use on their own.
  • DLTN technique is easy to share & enjoy with children, friends and family.
  • DLTN can reduce stress and tension and deepen the listener’s relationship with Nature.
  • The more connected a person feels with Nature, the more meaning and purpose they experience in life.
  • DLTN is a self-soothing technique. DLTN supports a healthy & emotionally mature way of self-regulating emotional stress.
  • DLTN is an act of care and respect for Nature.

WHAT TO WEAR & BRING for our DLTN Creek Walk.

Covered shoes with good grip, insect repellent, sunscreen, hat. Bring drinking water & a snack.

💦

I look forward to sharing this gentle and powerful practice with all along the ancient waterways of The Gap.

In kindness & Love, Iris Ray Nunn (& DLTN Crew)
