Deep Relaxation Sound Bath for Healing and Rejuvenation

Beloved sisters and brothers of the Light,

I am delighted to invite you to my multi-instrumental sound bath for deep relaxation and healing.

The session will be at Studio 1 from 10:30am - 12:30pm on Sunday, 20th October, 2024 at Ela Rose Studio in Fairfield, Melbourne.

The venue comes with free parking on the street, communal dining, multiple unisex bathrooms available and light refreshments, snacks will be provided in the kitchenette area.

there will time for short break and sharings at the end

To bring along:

Your own yoga mat, blanket, any head rest, your own water if you prefer.

In this group session of approximately 70 minutes, I will be orchestrating a harmonic spectrum of sounds, using a variety of instruments from the pure, heavenly sounding crystal bowls, calming and centering Tibetan bowl, therapeutic tuning fork harmonic set and many other instruments ready to surprise you.

I will be focusing on techniques to induce deep states of relaxation through meditation, tuning forks and voice toning for maximum healing benefits.

With up to 9 spots available, I am filled with joy to create a loving, balancing and healing space where everyone can truly attune to their hearts and be open to healing with the angelic sounds of Joy, Peace, Love, Strength, Courage, Abundance and Trust.
