Event Details

Location: Breathology, Brookvale NSW

What to Bring: Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a soft blanket, pillow and water bottle. Yoga mats and eye masks provided. Come exactly as you are, with an open heart. We’ll create the space for you to slow down, soften and reconnect with yourself.

What you will gain....

Deep Nervous System Reset: The combination of guided self-inquiry and resonant sound frequencies (like singing bowls or gongs) triggers the parasympathetic nervous system, shifting your body out of "fight-or-flight" and into a profound state of rest and repair.
Brainwave Entrainment: The soothing sound vibrations help draw your brainwaves down into slowing Alpha, Theta, and Delta waves, facilitating a state of conscious deep sleep without losing awareness.
Enhanced Emotional Release: Sound vibrations resonate physically through the body, helping to release held bodily tension and unprocessed emotional energy stored in tissues and muscles.
Improved Sleep Quality: A single session can help reset disrupted circadian rhythms, lower cortisol levels, and ease insomnia by training your mind and body how to settle into restorative sleep.
Stress and Anxiety Reduction: The passive nature of Yoga Nidra removes the pressure to "do" anything, allowing mental chatter and chronic tension to drop away effortlessly under the immersive blanket of sound.
Deep Physical Relaxation: Sound waves act like a gentle cellular massage, releasing muscular tightness, decreasing blood pressure, and encouraging physical stillness throughout the body.
Heightened Clarity and Focus: Clearing out mental clutter creates space for enhanced intuition, creative insights, and greater emotional resilience long after the session finishes.

This is calling you if ....

You Are Experiencing Chronic Stress or Burnout: If daily pressures have left your mind overactive and your body in a constant state of high alert, your system is seeking a dedicated space to pause and reset.
You Struggle with Rest or Quality Sleep: If you find it difficult to fall asleep, stay asleep, or quiet a racing mind at night, your body is calling for tools to regulate its circadian rhythms and train the nervous system to relax.
You Feel Emotionally Overwhelmed or Stagnant: When unprocessed feelings, grief, or tension accumulate in the body, sound vibrations and guided relaxation offer a safe container to release held emotional energy without needing to speak or analyze.
You Find Traditional Meditation Difficult: If sitting in quiet meditation feels frustrating or impossible due to a restless mind, the passive structure of Yoga Nidra combined with immersive sound anchors gives your focus an easy, effortless path inward.
You Experience Persistent Physical Tension: Unexplained muscular tightness, fatigue, or stress-induced discomfort in the body is often a sign that your muscles need cellular-level rest that standard sleep isn't fully providing.
You Seek Deeper Mental Clarity or Creative Inspiration: When mental clutter builds up, decision-making becomes taxing; clearing this noise creates space for intuition, insights, and refreshed focus to emerge naturally.
You Simply Crave Time for Yourself: A deep internal pull toward quiet reflection, self-care, and intentional rest is often the body's intuitive way of signaling that it is time to nourish and replenish your inner resources.

Spaces are limited to ensure an intimate and restorative atmosphere for everyone.
