This Friday evening I am opening up our Womens Only Studio to your Kings. 

Introducing 'Deep Restore'.

The perfect restorative evening for couples. (Only one ticket is required per couple)

No need to talk, just deep presence, creating more space for peace, calm, healing, connection & nourishing the love you have for one another.

Take a break from the outside world, come back to your breath, release tension in the body, snuggle up together, be and receive the healing of our couples guided meditation & live serene sounds. 

Our meditation this Saturday will be in alignment with the upcoming New Moon- new beginnings & clarifying your vision of your deepest dreams and desires. Woven through a loving illumination of everything you love & appreciate about your partner, emerging feeling more present, calm, grateful, and in love.
