Join Mel for a Yin Yoga practice. A style of yoga that's focused on longer holds to help you gain and maintain movement around the joints and tendons rather than the muscles (which is a focus of yang yoga). If you're often engaging in a Yang style of exercise or lifestyle, this is a great way to introduce more harmony and balance into your lifestyle.
Two hours means we include a short meditation at the start and end as you move into the parasympathetic phase - that place that moves us away from fight and flight - and helps us improve our general health and wellbeing.
Bring your own bolster or firm pillows and a blanket is good too. Mats and blocks provided.
Suitable for all levels, 16yrs+.
