Deep Restore Yoga

Join us for a Yin style yoga, which is yoga that is focused more on longer holds, which helps people gain and maintain movement more around the joints and tendons than the muscles (which is more the focus of yang yoga).
Slow breathe work, with use of props in a warm room makes this a beautiful winter warmer.
If you're often engaging in more Yang exercise or lifestyle, this a great way to introduce more harmony and balance into your lifestyle.
Two hours means we include a short meditation at the start and end as you move into the parasympathetic nervous system - that place that moves us from fight and flight, and helps us all improve our general health and wellbeing.
Bring your own bolster or firm pillows, a blanket is good too. Mats and block provided.
Suitable for almost all levels of students.
