🌺 Deep Self Love: A Sacred Pelvic Reclamation Retreat
2 Ceremonies | 3 Master Classes | 1 Life-Changing Reset
[Sept 5-7th 2025] – [Private Property in the Oakland Hills]
A full-body, full-spirit journey into your deepest knowing.
This very special retreat is on the cutting edge of transformational technology. Perhaps these tools have never come together like this: clinical pelvic floor wisdom, sacred plant medicine, and conscious, self-touch—all held in a trauma-informed, female-centered, spiritually grounded container.
Too often, pelvic healing is treated as either strictly medical or purely mystical. This is both.
Here, you’ll receive science-backed education, ancestral-level energy clearing, and the freedom to reconnect with your sensual self—surrounded by sisterhood, ceremony, and support.
This kind of deep-rooted reclamation? It’s long overdue. It’s a guided reclamation. A pelvic reset. A sacred invitation to shed trauma, honor sensation, and meet your body with reverence and joy.
Whether you're healing from years of pain, shame, numbness, or simply feeling called to reconnect to self, this retreat is your chance to come home to yourself in the most embodied way.

About your Guides:
Meet Dr. Liz McDonald, P.T.: Embodied Healer, Rebel with a Root Cause
Dr. Liz McDonald’s healing journey began in 1996 when she turned to yoga to manage her scoliosis—unknowingly planting the seed for a life devoted to embodied transformation. After earning her Hatha yoga certification in Brazil in 2006, Liz went on to break molds and raise eyebrows in 2008 when she launched 420Yoga, a pioneering cannabis-enhanced yoga practice that gained national attention, including features in The New York Times, VICE, and The Yoga Journal.
Liz is now a licensed PT with advanced training in CranioSacral Therapy, Pelvic Floor Dysfunction, and somatic approaches to chronic pain and trauma. She holds 6 plant medicine /ayahuasca dietas with Nai Kaya. In session, she weaves together science, spirit, structure, and humor. Her deepest calling is helping women heal trauma and reconnect with their bodies— reclaiming the pleasure and power that’s always been theirs.
Meet Nai Kaya: Plant Whisperer and Healer
Nai Kaya is a gifted plant medicine facilitator, sound healer, and ceremonial guide with over 25 years of personal practice in healing through sacred plants and fungi. For the past 18 years, she has trained deeply in Amazonian traditions and has created a beloved community temple in Oakland dedicated to healing, art, and spiritual connection.
A trauma-informed practitioner, Nai weaves music, energy work, and grounded presence into every ceremony. She draws on traditions from the Amazon and beyond, singing powerful healing songs (icaros) in Shipibo, Quechua, and Lakota lineages. Her work is rooted in deep respect for the natural world, somatic healing, and the belief that every being deserves sovereignty and joy.
Known for her warmth, humor, and intuitive grace, Nai creates a safe and sacred space where participants can connect to the wisdom of the plants, their own bodies, and each other.
